Bishop Kenneth E. Preston has directed that all Ministers and Workers Meeting reports be in before the convention.
In order to accomplish our reporting requirements, the Office of the Jurisdictional Secretary is making the requests listed below:
DUE DATES
March 5 -- For Pastors and Local Churches to report to District Superintendents
March 11 -- For District Superintendents to submit reports to the Jurisdictional Treasurer

To ensure that we avoid confusion and to ensure that we have only one person to contact for issues, only the district secretary, superintendent, or assistant should be updating/submitting the form.
If you have a problem with the Intake Form or need to add credential holders,
please contact the Office of the Jurisdictional Secretary (Pastor Timothy Scott or Evangelist Edna Jamison).
We are the only ones who have access to ARC and Breeze to resolve issues.
