Do you already have an ARC account? If you are not sure, contact the Jurisdictional Secretary to confirm. DO NOT request a new account until this is confirmed. A duplicate account will produce much grief for you for years to come.

Minister License Order (Pastors Only)

The COGIC Manual authorizes local church pastors to license ministers. This form is for Mississippi Southern Second pastors only to order a minister’s license; candidates may not submit the order or issue the license themselves.

Please note: In addition to the licensing fee, the credential holder’s National Report and ID card fee must be paid. The Office of the General Secretary will release the license only after the National Report and ID card payment have been received.

The COGIC manual provides a ceremony for Licensing a Local Minister. After the license has been issued, the Pastor should submit the information of the ceremony and a copy of the signed license to the Jurisdictional Secretary. Use this form to submit the required copy and information regarding the ceremony.
