Greetings Mississippi Southern Second Jurisdiction Family,

At the request of Bishop Kenneth E. Preston, please find attached important information regarding voter registration.

Because the timeline for completing new voter registrations is short, please review the attached Instructional Letter promptly and follow the instructions provided.

PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

Print as many blank copies of the Voter Registration Form as needed for your distribution and sharing.
Each applicant should complete his or her own voter registration application.
Make sure the application is completed in its entirety, including the citizenship and age eligibility questions, physical residential address, date of birth, and requested identification information.
The applicant must read the Voter Declaration and personally sign and date the application.
Review each completed application for missing information before it is turned in.
The ORIGINAL signed Voter Registration Form must be submitted to the proper authorities.
A scanned, photographed, or electronic copy submitted by email is NOT a substitute for the original signed form and should not be submitted as the voter registration application.
Do not email completed voter registration forms.

Completed original applications should be given to your District Superintendent by Friday, September 25, 2026, as instructed in Bishop Preston’s letter.

Please do not delay in distributing the registration form to eligible individuals who are not currently registered to vote. You may reproduce the blank form as many times as necessary to assist with this effort.
